1. All Sales Are Final
   Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicle sales, all purchases are final once the sales contract is signed, and the vehicle is delivered to the buyer.
2. No Cash Refunds
   We do not offer cash refunds on vehicle purchases.
3. Vehicle Inspection
   Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect and/or test drive the vehicle before purchase.
   Independent inspections by a certified mechanic are permitted prior to finalizing the sale.
4. Warranty Coverage (If Applicable)
   No Warranty! Sold as is.
5. State Law Compliance
   Our dealership complies with all applicable state and federal consumer protection laws, including any "cooling-off" or return rights mandated by law. If no such law applies, the sale remains final.
6. Exceptions
   Refunds or exchanges may be granted only in the event of proven fraud, misrepresentation, or other circumstances required by law.
   Any approved return must be made in writing within [X] days of delivery and is subject to management approval.
7. Deposits
   All deposits made to hold a vehicle are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the dealership.
